By setting pipe throttle valve in the main cylinder circuit, the
working speed of the main oil cylinder can be adjusted, and the
superimposed liquid controlled one-way valve is set on the pressure
cylinder circuit to ensure that the die clamping process is not
loose; the superimposed two-way throttle valve is set on the
displacement oil cylinder, the restricted oil cylinder and the
axial positioning cylinder circuit, which can adjust the two-way
motion speed of the cylinder. The shift cylinder and the limit oil
cylinder cooperate with the conversion station, which makes the
workstation transformation convenient and accurate, so as to ensure
the quality of pipe fittings.
The machine can use different moulds to expand, shrink, shrink
tube, drum and pier, and make use of manual, point motion or
automatic processing according to the requirements of the user.
